I wanted to take the opportunity to write and memorialize in words what a pleasure it is to come to your office for my and my children's dental needs. Sue is the first face we see there, and she is just a great representative for you. She is warm and comforting in manner and speech, and has always answered questions with a great deal of knowledge gained from her many years of experience. All of your hygienists and assistants have never been anything but friendly, accommodating, and blessed with wonderful senses of humor that lends to the relaxing office environment we enjoy with every visit. I like to refer to your office as the Cheers of the dental world. (You could be mistaken for Ted Danson in his younger days! LOL!)

I have had Cheryl perform most of my treatment and am extremely satisfied with her professionalism and friendliness - I have avoided dentists because of past experiences but Cheryl has made it a much better experience for me. The front desk has always been very welcoming and friendly and Sue has been very clear and direct on insurance and payments, etc.

I walked over to Mail Time on 40th Street and Thunderbird to mail a package. The store wasn't due open for 25 minutes. Rather than wait outside in the heat, I asked a staff member at Dr. Dovgan's office if I could sit in their waiting room. In addition to being welcomed into the air-conditioned building, I was treated to an extremely relaxing chair massage. Not being a patient of the dentist, I would like to thank the staff member for this generous gift.

I like the "soft, comfortable" atmosphere in the waiting room. I also like the fact that it doesn't "smell" like a dental office. The coffee is one of the best I've tasted, honest. I enjoy coffee a lot. See you in the future. The best is , however, Dr. O'Donnell.

I appreciate your office which appeals to all the five senses. The aroma of freshly baked cookies greets us as we come in the door. It gives us something to look forward to eating at the end of the appointment, too! We are treated to the massage chair, and we are put at ease by the humorous banter we hear going on between you and your staff.
